At RankBoosts, we provide digital marketing and creative services based on client requirements. Once a project has started, payments are generally non-refundable because our team invests time, planning, tools, and resources into the work.
Service-Based Payments
Payments made for SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, website development, graphic design, video editing, lead generation, and other digital services are non-refundable after work has been initiated.
Before Work Starts
If you request cancellation before any work has started, RankBoosts may review your request and process a refund after deducting any payment gateway charges or initial consultation costs, if applicable.
No Refund After Delivery
Once a service, design, campaign, website, content, or project work has been delivered, no refund will be provided. Clients can request revisions as per the agreed project scope.
Advertising Budget
Any amount paid directly to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, hosting providers, domain companies, or other tools is not controlled by RankBoosts and cannot be refunded by us.
Delay From Client Side
Refunds will not be provided if the project is delayed due to late approvals, missing content, login access, business details, or any other delay from the client side.
Revision Policy
We aim to provide quality work and support reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope. Extra changes, new requirements, or work outside the original scope may require additional charges.
Refund Review
Any refund request will be reviewed by RankBoosts. Approval or rejection of the refund request will depend on the project status, work completed, and service agreement.
